With a training and placement department which trains students from the first till the last semester (INDIC is the only one in Orissa doing it) for placements, INDIC promises its students to help them in their placement even after they have passed from the college. The first and only college in Orissa to provide in-campus hostel facilities to its students within 12 months of its inception, INDIC also caters to all the other necessities of a budding engineer.

Administration in INDIC is a combination of discipline and flexibility and rules and human values.
